Overview:

Islip, NY (Willing to commute to Hempstead, NY)

Part-time

$65/hour

Opportunity for growth into a full-time position

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support RBTs in a school-based setting

Collaborate with school teams and contribute to IEP development

Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs

Lead training and development initiatives for behavioral professionals

Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification

Active LBA license in the state of New York

Experience supervising RBTs

Experience working in school settings

Experience with IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs

Interest in leading training and development programs for behavioral professionals
