Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA (Remote in Georgia)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote in Georgia (must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border)

What You'll Do:

As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based ABA services.

• Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
• Analyze client data and make programming adjustments to support progress
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment

• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, and other clinical evaluations
• Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure exceptional outcomes

Requirements:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Must reside within commuting distance of Augusta, GA

• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)

• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based care
