About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with Autism and developing individualized treatment plans

• Providing supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure the implementation of high-quality ABA therapy

• Collaborating with parents and caregivers to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans

• Conducting frequent progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions

• Participating in regular team meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and concerns

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism

• Conduct ongoing assessments and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions

• Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure the implementation of high-quality ABA therapy

• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans

• Participate in regular team meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and concerns

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
