We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking BCBA to join our rapidly growing team serving children and families across the Tri-State area. Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and skill evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs
Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior staff
Analyze data and adjust programming as needed
Provide parent training and caregiver support
Collaborate with schools, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Spanish speaking required
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Reliable transportation preferred
