Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Therapy Source is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-person behavior analytic services to private school students in grades K–12 with autism and emotional/behavioral support needs during the current school year.

Full-time and part-time openings are available through the end of the 2026–2027 school year. Full-time positions are 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. These roles do not involve crisis intervention or physical holds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop positive behavior support plans (PBSPs).
• Provide behavior analytic services that support students’ behavioral, social, and academic goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation, data, and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and other members of the educational team as appropriate.

Must Have:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• At least 2 years of ABA experience, including FBAs and PBSPs
• At least 2 years of experience working with students with ASD or EBD
• Ability to provide services in person
• Up-to-date required clearances, or willingness to obtain them
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it

Preferred:

• Previous experience providing behavior analytic services in a school-based setting
• Experience supporting or participating in IEPs
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams
