BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Orange County, California 

• Provide clinical oversight for children and young adults with autism.

Position Overview:

• Assessments, treatment planning, and oversight of behavior intervention programs.

• Supervision and mentorship of behavior technicians and RBTs.

• Collaboration with families, schools, and other providers.

• Approximately 10–15 clients and a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

• A primarily two-tier model: BCBA + BT/RBT.

• Active BCBA certification required; previous BCBA experience preferred.

• Hybrid work with services across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
