About the Role:
Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Buffalo Grove, IL. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients across the lifespan
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Track and analyze client progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessments
• Proficiency in ABA data collection systems and electronic health record platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in Buffalo Grove, IL and surrounding areas
