As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and supporting children with autism and their families through individualized, evidence-based care.

What You’ll Do & Bring
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide clinical leadership, assessment, and therapeutic services while supporting staff development and high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and oversee implementation of intervention strategies
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent, caregiver, and interdisciplinary training on behavior support strategies
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Monitor patient progress through data collection and ongoing analysis
- Provide consultation and maintain communication with families, providers, and community partners
- Deliver supervision and support to staff implementing behavior plans
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and session notes
- Stay current with research and maintain continuing education requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned within scope
What You Bring:
- Active and unrestricted BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in special education, behavior analysis, or related field preferred
- Minimum two years of experience as a BCBA (or approved equivalent experience)
- Experience working with children with autism in clinical, home, or community settings
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, including discrete trial training and natural environment teaching
- Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation for travel between service locations as needed
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Preferred:
- Experience supervising behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
- Experience working in integrated care or community health settings
