As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and supporting children with autism and their families through individualized, evidence-based care.

What You’ll Do & Bring

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide clinical leadership, assessment, and therapeutic services while supporting staff development and high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and oversee implementation of intervention strategies
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent, caregiver, and interdisciplinary training on behavior support strategies
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor patient progress through data collection and ongoing analysis
  • Provide consultation and maintain communication with families, providers, and community partners
  • Deliver supervision and support to staff implementing behavior plans
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and session notes
  • Stay current with research and maintain continuing education requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within scope

What You Bring:

  • Active and unrestricted BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in special education, behavior analysis, or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience as a BCBA (or approved equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with children with autism in clinical, home, or community settings
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, including discrete trial training and natural environment teaching
  • Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Reliable transportation for travel between service locations as needed
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred:

  • Experience supervising behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
  • Experience working in integrated care or community health settings
