What You’ll Do
Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians
Collaborate with fellow BCBAs on clinical strategies
Partner with families to support meaningful progress
Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
BCBA certification in good standing
Experience supervising behavior technicians
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skill
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 per year

Full-time roles require a minimum of 27 billable hours per week
