We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate BCBAs to join our growing team in the following areas:
Clinic / Center-Based BCBA Positions
Bellaire
Memorial
Sugar Land
Missouri City
Spring (40% remote)
Pearland (40% remote)
Shenandoah (40% remote)
In-Home BCBA Position
Houston, TX (In-Home Services)
Position Overview
The BCBA will be responsible for clinical oversight, treatment planning, parent training, and supervision of RBTs while delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
Provide parent/caregiver training and support
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification (required)
Active or eligible Texas licensure
Experience in clinic-based and/or in-home ABA services
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and ethically
