The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading behavioral health organization to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinic-based role in Houston. Position Overview The BCBA will lead the assessment, development, and oversight of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role emphasizes clinical quality, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with families to support meaningful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans
Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress
Provide clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs
Collaborate with caregivers through parent training and regular communication
Develop transition and discharge plans as appropriate
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements
Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
Participate in clinical and interdisciplinary meetings
Requirements:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
Active BCBA certification (BACB) and Oklahoma LBA (or eligibility)
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work onsite during business hours; limited travel as needed
