Body Shop Claims Estimator

Lake Automotive Group is hiring a Body Shop Estimator for one of the largest vehicle repair facilities in the Milwaukee area! The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, has strong customer service skills, and previous estimating experience. This is a highly visible role that provides the right candidate with the ability to work with some of the top insurance companies in the United States.ABOUT OUR BODY SHOPS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing & presenting estimates to our customers insurance agents
• Verifying and checking on the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary parts
• Staying in contact and updating our customers on their vehicle and claims process
• Maintaining existing relationships with insurance agents
• Establishing relationships with new insurance companies and agents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience (preferred)
• Detail oriented and career minded
• Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to read/interpret documents and procedures manuals
• Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with a clean driving record
