Late Night Kitchen Team Member (Back of House)

About the Role

At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House Team Member role is vital to serving our guests fresh, high-quality food in a fast, efficient, and safe environment. As a Late Night Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in closing out the day with excellence-preparing signature menu items, maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards, and completing late-night kitchen teardown and sanitization procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items according to exact brand and quality standards
• Master key kitchen stations, including breading, machine operation, line assembly, prep, and dishwashing
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and temperature log guidelines at all times
• Execute end-of-day kitchen closing tasks, including equipment cleaning, oil filtration, station teardown, restock, and deep sanitization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment throughout the entire evening shift
• Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen team members and leadership to deliver fast, accurate orders up through close

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong work ethic, consistency, and dependable attendance for late-night/closing hours
• Positive attitude and a passion for teamwork and high-quality food preparation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on food safety and cleanliness
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods, work near heat/hot oil equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Night shift
