Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the back-of-house team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Manage inventory and maintain food quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
