**Job Title: Building Engineer - L1 (Boiler Operator)

**Location: Youngstown, OH 44501

**

**Duration: 02 Month (Possible Conversion or extension)

**

**Rotating, day to night, 8 hr shifts, 5 on, 2 off; physical demands are significant.

**Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

**

• High pressure boiler room within a hospital, but will be separate from hospital workers

**Team Overview:

**

• Mostly independent work

**Resource's typical working day:

**

• This role is a lot of visual checks

• Checking gauges

• Checking water levels

• Checking water chemical levels

• Able to react quickly

• Occasionally escorting vendors

**Licenses/Certifications:

**

• High Pressure Boiler Steam License - Required

**Must Have Skills:

**

• Reactive to high pressure situations

• Must be safety conscious

**Nice to have skills:

**

• Previous Experience With High Pressure Boilers

**Soft Skills:

**

• Reactive to high pressure situations

• Must be safety conscious
