We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and technically skilled Senior HVAC & Boiler Service Technician to join our team. This position requires advanced knowledge of boilers, hydronic systems, and HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial boilers, HVAC units, and associated hydronic systems.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and service for a wide range of boiler and HVAC equipment, including radiant and snowmelt systems.
- Identify and correct diverse HVAC and boiler system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to ensure accurate repair and installation.
- Provide professional recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or replacements.
- Clearly document work performed, parts used, system conditions, and customer interactions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe and clean working order.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and a professional appearance.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and boiler service (5+ years preferred for senior-level competence).
- Strong technical knowledge of boiler systems, hydronic heating, and HVAC components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Clean and valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings, as well as a background check.
- High level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, work overhead, operate in tight spaces, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
