What You'll Do

As a Team Member, you'll help create memorable experiences by serving great food with genuine Southern Hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude and a smile.

• Prepare quality food while following Bojangles standards.

• Work as part of a team to provide fast, accurate service.

• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.

• Assist with food preparation and stocking.

• Help create a positive environment for both guests and fellow Team Members.

• Learn new skills and continue growing every day.
