Overview of Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:

• 
  
• Manage full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to support daily operations
• 
  
• Oversee monthly billing across three locations, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
• 
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• 
  
• Partner with leadership and external CPA firm while helping maintain and improve established accounting procedures
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 
  
• 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience with AP, AR, and reconciliations
• 
  
• Experience with project billing
•
