Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting functions.
• 
  
• Process and administer payroll using ADP.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
• 
  
• Reconcile bank and account statements.
• 
  
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close activities.
• 
  
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity.

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping experience.

• Experience processing payroll through ADP.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.

• Accounting or bookkeeping background with strong financial recordkeeping skills.
