Target Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
Location: Centerville, OH (Fully Onsite)

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial statements and support month-end reporting activities
• Generate weekly financial and operational reports for leadership
• Maintain day-to-day accounting functions as the sole accounting resource

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• Experience in a small business environment with broad accounting responsibilities
• Strong background in AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of GAAP principles preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Software or technology industry experience is a plus
