An established, privately owned company in the food and beverage industry is seeking a Bookkeeper to join its long-standing team. Overview of Responsibilities

• 
  
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities across four separate business entities, utilizing Salesforce for accounting-related processes.
• 
  
• Process vendor invoices, manage daily credit card deposits, and handle twice-weekly check deposits.
• 
  
• Coordinate payroll for approximately 50–60 employees, including collecting and submitting timekeeping information to an outside payroll provider.
• 
  
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including 401(k) contributions, insurance enrollment, and new-hire benefit questions.
• 
  
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all four entities and maintain accurate financial records.
• 
  
• Coordinate with the outside CPA firm to support monthly financial reporting and ensure accounting records are complete and accurate.

Preferred Qualifications / What You Bring

• 
  
• Full-charge bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, and general accounting support.
• 
  
• Experience managing multiple sets of books or supporting multiple business entities.
• 
  
• Comfortable working with accounting software and learning customized business systems.
• 
  
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• 
  

$60,000 - $63,000
