Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Manage AP/AR functions in QuickBooks
• Serve as backup support for payroll processing in ADP
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
• Compile reports including cash receipts and disbursements, AP/AR, profit & loss, and other operational metrics
• Generate monthly customer statements
• Process membership dues
• Maintain complete and accurate records through trial balance


Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while contributing to a small team
