About the Role
Legacy Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our client, a company in the agriculture industry specializing in grape farm management. This position supports operations during peak season and offers a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in agricultural business operations, with potential for long-term hire.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage invoices accurately and timely
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Assist with basic payroll processing
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with operations teams to support farm management activities
Qualifications
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience with invoicing, AP/AR, and basic payroll
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes (training provided)
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines
