Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
Assist with invoice processing and payment administration
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations
Assist with journal entries and reporting functions
Monitor account activity and investigate discrepancies
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments as needed
Assist with administrative accounting projects and special assignments

Qualifications

2-3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Experience with AP, AR, and account reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting team
