Role: Bookkeeper

Compensation: Up to $75,000

The Kostelic Agency is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.

What You’ll Do

• Record routine financial transactions and categorize expenses accurately.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Assist with payroll information and customer account activity.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
• Review transactions and help resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end activities as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and digital records.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of daily responsibilities.

You will have direct exposure to operating leadership, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to help shape how a growing organization makes decisions.
