<\/span> <\/span>We are seeking a highly organized and detail -oriented bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling multiple accounts using Quickbooks Desktop.

Key Responsibilities:
<\/div>
  • Manage accounts payable<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage ordering and procurement<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist in tier two collections<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist in processing payroll
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment as needed<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Audit internal financial systems<\/span><\/li>
  • Reconcile bank statements
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage expense reports & receipt management
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor budgets and track expenses
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Review and enter invoices, receipts, and other financial data into accounting software
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare financial Statements and reports
    <\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Qualifications:
    <\/div>
    • 1+ years of experience bookkeeping
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks Desktop
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Associates degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      This is a hybrid remote position.  There will be little remote work upon hire and during training, but as you settle into the position, multiple days per week should be able to be accomplished remotely, so long as productivity and communication remain high, and goals are met.
