Bookkeeper with Enterprise Resource Planning Experience

Part-Time Bookkeeper (ERP Experience Required)Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience to support our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment, enjoys working with financial data, and has a solid understanding of accounting processes within ERP platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivableReconcile bank and credit card statements regularlyRecord financial transactions accurately in the ERP systemGenerate financial reports, including monthly summaries and cash flow statementsAssist with payroll and expense trackingEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsSupport month-end and year-end closing processesCollaborate with internal teams and external accountants as needed Required QualificationsProven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting roleHands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar)Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)High level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial softwareAbility to manage time effectively and work independently Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in bookkeeping in a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with financial reporting and budgetingStrong communication and organizational skills
