Job Title: Bosch Production Operator 

Schedule: 
Monday - Friday 
1st Shift - 6:30am - 2:30pm
2nd shift - 2:30pm - 10:30pm
3rd shift - 10:30pm - 6:30am

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in inventory management or logistics
• Knowledge of Bosch products or power tools industry
• Experience with inventory management software

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education.
• Prior experience in similar roles within a warehouse, distribution center, or retail environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle tools or equipment as needed
• Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime if required
• Passion for quality and precision in product handling
• Familiar with PPE such as steel toes, safety glasses
• Reliable Transportation
• Forklift Experience
