The BOSS MS POD Instructor will deliver high-quality instruction in a blended learning environment for high school students. This role combines traditional classroom teaching with online learning methodologies to enhance student engagement and academic success. Requirements:

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Valid teaching certification in the subject area and grade level.

Experience with blended learning models and instructional technology.

A BOSS HS POD Instructor who works at a POD site daily faces a unique set of physical demands that combine traditional teaching responsibilities with the requirements of online instruction. This includes using computer-based technologies for extended periods of time. Standing, sitting, and walking are also required.
