Boston - Assistant Superintendent - Projects up to $120M+

• Assist with the day-to-day management of jobsite operations from project start through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with company standards
• Support the Superintendent with scheduling, logistics planning, and construction sequencing
• Participate in project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Help oversee concrete and structural steel activities during critical phases of construction
• Track project milestones and proactively identify potential field issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports

• 3-7+ years of field experience with a General Contractor in a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent capacity
• Experience managing concrete and steel construction scopes is required
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
