Pay: $21.75 $22.75/hour (includes $4.00 overnight shift differential)

Overview
Seeking dependable, detail-oriented GMP Manufacturing Associates to support medical device production in a regulated cleanroom environment. This position involves operating bottling and packaging equipment, loading materials, inspecting products, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Manufacturing, production, packaging, or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to follow GMP, GDP, and cleanroom procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Comfortable wearing full cleanroom PPE, including gowns, masks, and gloves.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work the required overnight schedule.
Job Description
- Operate and monitor bottling, packaging, and production equipment.
- Load automatic hoppers and maintain material levels to prevent interruptions.
- Assemble, inspect, and package medical device components.
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic faults using HMI screens.
- Complete production logs, batch records, and required documentation.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Follow GMP, GDP, FDA, ISO 13485, and workplace safety requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and lean manufacturing.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, or cleanroom environments.
- Familiarity with HMI systems and automated production equipment.
- Experience with GMP documentation and quality inspections.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
