Head Boys Wrestling Coach / Assistant Coach/ Jr. High Coach Opportunity
Morrill Public Schools is seeking a dedicated, motivated, and student-centered individual to lead
our high school Boys Wrestling program as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing student-athletes, building a
competitive and sustainable program, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and
sportsmanship.
What We Are Looking For
Technique & Strategy
Strong knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, match preparation, and in-match strategy.
Commitment to athlete safety and proper training techniques.
Mentorship
Desire to develop well-rounded student-athletes who demonstrate effort, character, and a
positive attitude.
Ability to support student success on the mat, in the classroom, and within the
community.
Growth Mindset
Enthusiasm for helping grow and strengthen our emerging Boys Wrestling program.
Commitment to building on the tradition and success of Morrill wrestling.
Communication & Leadership
Ability to communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school administration, and
fellow coaches.
Positive leadership skills to promote a supportive and accountable team culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student-athletes while helping
shape the future of our wrestling program.
