Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM / BAW Administrator to manage, configure, support, and troubleshoot IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and Business Automation Workflow (BAW) environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BAW administration, OpenShift deployments, WebSphere Application Server, and Apache Web Server.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, optimizing business workflows, managing deployments, and ensuring high availability and security across production and non-production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and support IBM BPM / BAW environments.

• Manage Process Center / Workflow Center and Process Server / Workflow Server across production and non-production environments.

• Deploy and manage IBM BAW on the OpenShift platform.

• Perform BPMN snapshot deployments and manage BPM instance purging.

• Configure and maintain Apache Web Server, including SSL/TLS certificate renewals.

• Monitor and maintain WebSphere Application Server for high availability and performance.

• Perform BPM purging activities, indexing, and database maintenance.

• Conduct infrastructure capacity assessments and forecast database growth.

• Support Oracle databases used by IBM BPM / BAW platforms.

• Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve infrastructure-related problems.

• Remediate security vulnerabilities across BPM / BAW infrastructure.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 9 years of experience in IBM BPM / BAW Administration.

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM BPM and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).

• Experience in installation, configuration, administration, support, and troubleshooting.

• Expertise in IBM BAW deployment on OpenShift.

• Strong knowledge of WebSphere Application Server administration.

• Experience with Apache Web Server configuration and maintenance.

• Working knowledge of Oracle databases and BPM product databases.

• Experience with BPMN snapshot deployments, BPM instance purging, and indexing.

• Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate renewal and security vulnerability remediation.

• Experience with infrastructure capacity assessment and database growth forecasting.

• Working knowledge of Linux and scripting.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
