Responsibilities
- Overall, 7-9 years of experience in IBM BPM / BAW Administration.
- Experience in IBM BPM/BAW Installation, Configuration, Support, and Troubleshooting including Process/Workflow Center and Process/Workflow Server in both Non-PROD and PROD environments.
- Knowledge of Apache Web Server configuration and maintenance.
- Database skills on Oracle to support product databases for IBM BPM / BAW.
- Experience in Infrastructure Capacity Assessment for BAW, forecasting database growth, BPM Purging Activities, and BPM Indexing.
- Strong experience deploying IBM BAW on OpenShift Platform.
- Expertise in BAW Administration activities including:
- BPMN Snapshot Deployments
- BPM Instance Purging
- SSL/TLS Certificate Renewals on Apache
- Experience remediating security vulnerabilities for BPM / BAW infrastructure.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using IBM BPM.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize business workflows.
- Monitor and maintain WebSphere Application Server to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM BPM/BAW and WebSphere Application Server.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Working knowledge of Linux and scripting skills.
