Our Branch Administrative/Team Assistants provide administrative support to the Branch General Manager, as well as Sales Management. As an integral part of our team, you will be ensuring seamless departmental operations and effective communication, while managing confidential materials and making independent decisions. As a Branch Administrative/Team Assistant, you will:   Organize and manage branch leadership activities, including meetings, presentations, and events Handle communications by receiving, screening, and routing incoming calls and correspondence, while also maintaining a calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings Manage the department's record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with company policies and evaluating information release requestsCreate, proofread, and edit a range of documents, including reports, articles, and proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy Monitor and manage office and departmental supplies, initiating purchase orders as necessary, and focusing on optimizing branch operating costs Exercise independent judgment, multitask, and maintain a keen attention to detail You will make an impact with these qualifications:   Basic Qualifications:   High School degree or state-recognized GED 3+ years of administrative support Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree Experience supporting construction, Building Automation, Fire or Security industries.SAP experience Ready to create your own journey? Join us today!
