Branch Advisor

The Branch Advisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional financial services and fostering positive relationships with our valued members. This role’s primary responsibilities encompass cross-selling products and services, processing all types of teller transactions, managing account maintenance, opening basic consumer accounts, handling branch operations, as well as other duties as assigned.

This role primarily operates in-person in an office environment. On occasion, this position may require occasional travel to other Achieva offices or events. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and virtual meeting platforms. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and communicate effectively via phone, video, and electronic messaging. This position may require extended periods of sitting or standing and occasional light lifting (up to 25 pounds) may be required.
