    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage, lead, and support a team of branch billing coordinators on a day-to-day basis ensuring timely and accurate billing/invoicing.Organize, assign, delegate, and coordinate the billing team workload to ensure accuracy while meeting objectives and deadlines.Monitor reports and perform internal audits to validate billing accuracy and completeness. Provide real time feedback to team members as needed.Monitor credit/rebill percentages and work with team to identify root causes. Partner with branch location to reduce non-response time for credit disputes from the customer.Continuously work with billing manager to improve billing policies, procedures and guidelines based on analysis of root cause and corrective actions for billing issues.Partner with billing manager, and IT improve systems tools and/or suggest upgrades that will automate and/or streamline the billing process.Coordinate with billing manager and HR regarding employee performance and development.Continuously promote a positive working environment and improve employee morale. Partner with manager to organize employee recognition and celebrations.Manage cross-training within the team and ensure documentation is saved in a central location.Organize and facilitate monthly team meetings.Participate and/or lead projects as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's or Associate's Level degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.Strong leadership skills, high level integrity, confidentiality, and work ethic.Expert proficiency with MS Office and specifically, Excel; knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle preferred), Salesforce, experience in data analysisAttention to detail and organization skills, and results orientedAbility to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environmentHighly analytical with an aptitude to think critically

    About Company

    Armored Service Technicians work as a team on a designated route. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cash and coin to Loomis customers, as well as the loading and balancing of ATM machines along your route. You will be thoroughly Trained in a classroom setting and receive on-the-job training with an experienced Armored Service Technician. We believe that our people make Loomis a great company.     We are looking for applicants who are at least 21 years of age, have a current driver’s license and a good driving record, show steady employment history and can pass a comprehensive background check that includes criminal history check. This position requires that you pass a Department of Transportation screening and be issued a DOT Medical Certification.                                            

    The Armored Service Technician job duties require the following physical abilities:

    • Carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by cart
    • Loading/unloading cargo consisting of multiple bags and boxes of coin
    • Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
    • Verbally communicate with customers
    • Record information on forms and reports
