What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional member experiences and achieve branch goals.
- Coach and develop employees to drive growth, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Oversee branch operations, lending, and member services with integrity, compliance, and sound judgment.
- Build community connections through events, partnerships, and SEG relationships.
- Manage staffing, performance, and resources to ensure efficiency and a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain branch facilities, security, and vendor partnerships to create a safe, welcoming environment.
- Promote Advancial's values of integrity, care, and innovation in everything you do.
Your Leadership Impact
You'll guide a team of five, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability while shaping the branch's success and reputation in the community. As Branch Manager - Anchorage, you'll empower your team, delight members, and make a meaningful impact every day.
Earn what you're worth! Competitive salary range of $76K-$108K, based on experience
