- Bank Deposit and Loan new customer marketing
-Supervise operations personnel and evaluate employees performance
-Reviews reports for risk control (NSF, O/D, Kiting suspect, G/L, -Balance Fluctuation, Large Deposit)
-Supervise teller personnel transactions on a daily basis
-Confirms the accuracy and completeness of the CAP at the time of the account opening process
-Confirms the accuracy and completeness of currency exchange of Korean Won at the end of the day
-Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer wire transfer records at the end of the day
-Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer Money Order sales records at the end of the day
-Oversees branch maintenance & handles customer complaints and inquires
-Responsible for new employee training at the branch
-Prepares Monthly Branch Certification
-Banking experience of at least 6 years is required.
