Branch Manager

A local bank in Bloomfield is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its team and serve customers across Davis County and southeast Iowa. The role combines staff coaching, deposit and loan growth, and active community involvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and grow a small branch team
• Build deposit and loan totals through local outreach and referrals
• Originate consumer and small business loans for local customers
• Keep branch operations, security, and compliance running smoothly
• Represent the bank at Davis County community events
• Deliver a consistently friendly customer experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in banking, including supervisory or lending work
• Working knowledge of branch procedures and bank regulations
• Consumer or small business lending background
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on leadership style
• Organized, dependable, and focused on results
