Branch Manager

A local bank in Hawarden is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its office and serve customers across Sioux County and northwest Iowa. The role blends team leadership, deposit and loan growth, and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a small branch team
• Grow deposits and loans through local outreach and referrals
• Originate consumer and small business loans
• Run day-to-day branch operations, security, and compliance
• Deliver a friendly, dependable customer experience
• Be the bank's face at local events and community groups

Qualifications:

• Three-plus years working in a bank
• Supervisory or lending background
• Knowledge of branch operations and banking regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
• Goal-driven and organized
