Branch Manager

A local bank in Mount Pleasant is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its office and grow relationships throughout Henry County and southeast Iowa. The role blends team leadership, consumer and small business lending, and day-to-day branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of branch staff
• Grow deposits and loans through outreach and referrals
• Handle consumer and small business loan requests from start to finish
• Oversee branch operations, security, and compliance
• Take an active role in local civic groups and events
• Set goals for the team and track progress each month

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of banking experience
• Supervisory or consumer lending experience
• Strong customer service and relationship skills
• Working knowledge of branch compliance and operations
• Dependable leader who sets a positive example
