    Brand Ambassador - Appointment Setter
    Renewal by Andersen | Montoursville, PA Full-Time
     
    Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about connecting with people? Join Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation and the largest replacement window company in the U.S.
     
    We're looking for an energetic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at home shows, retail locations, community events, HOA meetings, trade shows, and our showroom. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll engage with homeowners, educate them about our products, and help create opportunities for our sales team while supporting local marketing efforts.
     
    What You'll Do
    As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
    • Represent Renewal by Andersen at events throughout the Montoursville, PA area
    • Engage with homeowners and prospective customers
    • Educate customers about our premium replacement window and door solutions
    • Generate qualified leads and appointments for our sales team
    • Build strong relationships with customers and event partners
    • Promote brand awareness and create positive customer experiences
    • Support local marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts
    • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the team
    • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence at all events
    • Work both indoors and outdoors depending on event location
    What We're Looking For
    • Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
    • Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
    • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
    • Customer service, retail, hospitality, event marketing, or lead generation experience preferred
    • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
    • Ability to stand for extended periods during events
    • Professional appearance and attitude
