Brand Ambassador – Entry Level

Iron Bloom Collective is seeking energetic, personable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors.

We help established brands build awareness and connect with prospective customers through face-to-face promotional marketing and brand representation.

If you enjoy interacting with people, learning about different products and services, and creating positive customer experiences, this could be an excellent opportunity.

No previous brand ambassador or marketing experience is required. We are interested in individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at designated promotional locations.
• Introduce products and services to prospective customers.
• Engage customers through professional face-to-face conversations.
• Communicate product information clearly and accurately.
• Help increase brand awareness through direct customer engagement.
• Create positive and memorable brand experiences.
• Answer general customer questions.
• Maintain professional brand presentation.
• Collaborate with team members during promotional campaigns.
• Participate in training and campaign development.
