We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Brand Assistant to support daily brand activities and assist customers with information about featured products and services. This position involves working directly with customers, helping maintain organized promotional areas, and supporting the presentation of brand offerings during scheduled activities.
The Brand Assistant will work alongside team members to ensure brand information is communicated accurately, materials are readily available, and customers receive helpful assistance. Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the presentation of featured products and services during promotional activities.
• Welcome customers and provide general information about available brand offerings.
• Help customers understand product features, service details, and available selections.
• Respond to questions about product usage, benefits, and general availability.
• Maintain familiarity with assigned brands and their current product information.
• Assist with preparing product displays, informational materials, and promotional resources.
• Ensure customer-facing brand materials remain organized and presentable.
• Help replenish brochures, product information, and other promotional supplies.
• Provide assistance during product introductions and scheduled promotional activities.
• Communicate customer preferences and product-related questions to team members.
• Support customers who request additional information about featured offerings.
• Assist with distributing approved brand materials and customer resources.
• Maintain consistent presentation of products and brand information.
• Help identify materials or information that need updating during scheduled activities.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure customers receive timely assistance.
• Follow established brand guidelines when presenting product and service information.
• Assist with maintaining clean and orderly customer-facing areas.
• Participate in product briefings and scheduled team meetings.
• Complete routine documentation related to brand activities when required.
• Perform additional brand support and customer-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, sales, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to learn product information and explain it clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable assisting customers in an active environment.
