Brand Coach | Franchise Operations
ResiBrands | Austin, TX (Hybrid Preferred)
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Opportunity
ResiBrands is a growing home services franchising organization supporting a portfolio of brands across the country. We're looking for an experienced Brand Coach to support franchise owners within one of our established service brands.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone who understands what it takes to run and grow a successful service business.
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to motivate business owners. We need someone who can sit down with a franchisee, understand their numbers, identify what's holding them back, and help them build a practical plan to improve performance.
The right person will bring a strong combination of franchise operations experience, financial understanding, and real-world exposure to home services or a closely related service-based industry.
What You'll Own
Franchisee Coaching & Development
- Serve as a primary operational resource and trusted advisor to an assigned portfolio of franchise owners.
- Conduct regular business reviews, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins.
- Help franchisees identify operational challenges, set measurable goals, and execute improvement plans.
- Support owners at different stages of business maturity, from early operations through growth and expansion.
- Build strong relationships while maintaining accountability for performance and brand standards.
Business Performance & Financial Coaching
- Review franchisee P&Ls, revenue trends, expenses, margins, and other key financial indicators.
- Coach owners on pricing, labor costs, profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, lead conversion, average ticket, labor efficiency, customer retention, and operational productivity.
- Identify underperforming locations and develop actionable strategies to improve results.
- Help franchisees translate financial and operational data into meaningful business decisions.
Operations & Execution
- Provide practical guidance on scheduling, staffing, field operations, service delivery, and customer experience.
- Help owners improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability through established systems and processes.
- Reinforce operational standards, best practices, and brand expectations across the franchise network.
- Identify recurring challenges and work with internal leadership to improve training, resources, and processes.
- Support franchisees in building scalable operations rather than simply managing day-to-day issues.
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with internal marketing, recruiting, training, and operations teams to help franchisees access the resources they need.
- Identify gaps between lead generation, sales performance, staffing, and operational capacity.
- Communicate franchisee feedback, challenges, and opportunities to brand leadership.
- Participate in training initiatives, business planning sessions, and franchisee meetings.
- Travel to franchise locations as needed to provide hands-on operational support.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in franchise operations, franchise business consulting, multi-unit operations, or comparable service-business leadership.
- Direct experience supporting franchise owners, managing multiple service locations, or leading operations within a service-based business.
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, business financials, operational KPIs, and profitability drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and implement improvements that produce measurable results.
- Working knowledge of labor management, scheduling, service delivery, customer experience, and business growth strategies.
- Experience coaching or advising business owners, operators, or location leaders.
- Ability to have direct, productive conversations about performance and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple business relationships and priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel for franchise visits, training, and company events.
Highly Preferred
- Experience within home services, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, residential services, or another field-service industry.
- Previous experience as a Franchise Business Coach, Franchise Business Consultant, Field Business Consultant, Director of Franchise Operations, or Multi-Unit Operations Manager.
- Experience working within a franchisor organization supporting independently owned locations.
- Familiarity with service-business CRMs, operational reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Experience helping franchisees improve profitability, scale teams, or turn around underperforming locations.
Who Will Be Successful Here
You're comfortable working with entrepreneurs who have different backgrounds, personalities, and levels of business experience.
You understand that coaching isn't just about giving advice. It's about helping people execute, following up, and making sure the numbers are moving in the right direction.
You can look at a P&L and recognize where a business may be struggling. You understand how staffing, pricing, lead conversion, scheduling, and service quality ultimately affect profitability.
Most importantly, you've worked close enough to the operations of a service business to understand the challenges franchise owners face firsthand.
Location & Compensation
This position offers a target salary range of $90,000–$100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
We strongly prefer candidates located in the Austin, Texas area who can work in a hybrid environment and collaborate regularly with our corporate team.
Fully remote arrangements may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates with substantial, directly relevant franchise coaching and service-operations experience.
Travel to franchise locations and company events will be required as business needs dictate.
