Pay Range: $50 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end creative development for assigned categories, managing agency workflow and timelines to ensure timely and strategic output.
- Own the consumer experience on S.com, collaborating with Demand Gen Digital & E-com teams to enhance value propositions that drive conversion.
- Serve as the connective thread across CRM, Paid, Social, and Retail Ops, ensuring consistent messaging and content throughout the consumer journey.
- Ideate and champion creative concepts that stand out in a competitive landscape, acting as the primary liaison for creative agencies.
- Drive strategic, cross-line-of-business promotions that translate into clear, executive-ready presentations.
- Identify and implement process improvements across digital workflows, proposing innovative solutions as team needs evolve.
- Track and analyze KPIs across marketing tactics to inform future creative and promotional strategies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 4-5 years of directly applicable brand and product marketing experience with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and measurable business results.
- Experience managing creative agency relationships, including writing briefs and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Strong understanding of UX and on-site functionality to enhance the consumer shopping journey.
- Proficiency in managing creative asset workflows across digital and in-store channels.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise creative briefs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to track, analyze, and communicate KPIs related to marketing and creative performance.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications/Advertising.
- Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or retail/e-commerce sectors.
- Familiarity with promotional strategies across multiple business lines.
- Experience with in-store or retail creative execution alongside digital channels.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes within a growing team.
