Description
About Kitsch
Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand, in 32,000+ retailers across 92 countries. We make essentials that make you feel exceptional — and we're looking for people who bring that same energy to work.
The Role
As our Brand & Partnerships Manager, you'll be the engine behind Kitsch's brand partnerships. You'll build and run the partner pipeline, lead activations and mailers, manage partner press relationships, and make sure every product launch has the right partnership moments attached — all while managing and growing our Brand Partnerships Coordinator.
What You'll Do
Own our partnerships pipeline end to end: find partners, vet them, negotiate, and sign the deal
Keep every active partnership on track with a clear plan and timeline — nothing slips
Bring vetted co-marketing ideas to our Director, backed by a clear recommendation
Keep our priority partner list current and ready for review, without being asked
Build the briefs and timelines that keep our biggest launches on track, 8–10 weeks ahead
Make sure every major launch has a partnership or earned moment tied to it
Run our brand activations and outbound mailers — on time, on brief, every time
Coordinate with our influencer team so nothing falls through the cracks
Be the go-to press contact for our brand partners — write the one-sheets, releases, and talking points
Report on pipeline and activation performance to our Director every month, before they have to ask
Manage and grow our Brand Partnerships Coordinator — set priorities, give feedback, help them level up
What You Bring
Proven experience running a partnerships pipeline from first conversation to signed deal
Experience leading GTM execution — briefs, timelines, cross-functional coordination
Comfort being the press point of contact for partners, and writing partner-facing materials
Experience managing and developing a direct report
