Join the largest coffee retail company in the country! This multinational chain is seeking a Brand Project Manager for the Design and Marketing Team.
In this role, you will serve as the project management lead for a variety of marketing campaigns, scaling from packaging asset management to highly visible coffee campaigns. You will facilitate cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors and manage projects through the entire process from kickoff to completion.
Brand Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead marketing campaigns from kickoff through completion, managing schedules, budgets, scope, resources, risks, quality, and communications to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors through strategic, creative, and production workstreams while building strong relationships across a highly matrixed organization.
Define project objectives, scope, and resource requirements while anticipating challenges, mitigating risks, and driving alignment on solutions and priorities.
Improve cross-functional planning, communication, workflows, and processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined solutions to enhance campaign efficiency and achieve KPIs.
Manage external vendor relationships and internal partnerships to successfully brief, coordinate, and deliver complex marketing and creative initiatives.
Brand Project Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing project management experience, including leading complex programs and projects through completion while managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, resources, and communications.
2–3+ years of marketing experience, with the ability to lead product and creative workstreams from concept through production.
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, and Slack.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
Strong project planning and leadership skills, including defining objectives, scope, resources, and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome challenges, and drive projects through completion.
