Direct, manage and oversee the various property needs of the Northwest Division including property management, planned maintenance, capital improvements, and related financial stewarding of property budgets, expenses, and development, in alignment with the goals of leadership and specific unit property plans and needs. This position interacts with Territorial leaders, NW divisional leaders, field unit leaders, co-workers and is expected to engage with, and represent The Salvation Army, with architects, general contractors, vendors, and government agencies in all aspects of property issues and management.
